We encourage the use of Loss Recovery insurance where appropriate Ensure you receive the right settlement under the terms of your insurance Work with you to analyse claims and review risk management to help control future claim costs and premiums

Claim Reporting Tips

Before you call to report a claim, please ensure you have as much information as possible to hand. It’s always a good idea to write down what has happened as we can all forget small details that could be important, especially when involved in stressful situations.


If you are reporting a claim directly to your insurance company, seek out your policy documents to identify your policy number and to check the claim helpline number to call. When taking this action, do please also let us know with an email or a phone call, just so that we can ensure the claim is managed quickly and effectively.


In the case of Motor Insurance claims, insurers may offer to arrange repairs using one of their approved garages. In many instances, this can be the quickest way to get your car back on the road but please discuss with us first if you have any concerns or queries.
